Hope you all enjoyed your long weekend!  It’s hard to believe that we are only five weeks away from Christmas vacation!

We would encourage all of our families to come out and support our 4th Annual Holiday Craft Market, put on by the PAC on Saturday, November 23, 10:30am-3:00pm in our Gym.  There will be over 40 vendors, concession, door prizes, raffle, kids craft table, photo booth, and free admission.  Please enter through the exterior Gym doors between the school and the portables.

We would appreciate any donations for our Christmas Store, which will be running December 3 & 4.  This initiative serves a dual purpose: offering children the opportunity to buy a gift for their family members at a reasonable price as well as using all funds raised through this endeavour to provide some needy families in our school community with a Christmas hamper.  Volunteers are always welcome and so are the much needed gifts to make this a success.  Please watch for information coming home soon.  Our Christmas Concert will take place on December 19 at 6:00pm and all are welcome to attend!  Our annual Pancake Breakfast with Santa will take place on Friday, December 20, commencing at 9:00am.  Volunteers are also needed to help with the many tasks involved.  Please let the office know if you can help by volunteering at any of these events.

The PAC are always running various fundraisers throughout the year.  At the moment, the Purdy’s Fundraiser is in full swing.  Paper orders are due by November 20 and online orders are due by November 24.  The class with the most participation will win a special treat day!  Order forms for the Christmas Wreath/Poinsettia fundraiser should have come home this week; these orders are due back by November 25.
