Thank you to all of the students who have brought entries for our T-Shirt competition! It’s not too late to submit your entry. Staff and students were invited to design a T-Shirt for their house. Designs can be submitted to the Office by Wednesday, September 25. A committee will select the winning designs and T-shirts will be created for the students. When submitting, please ensure that the student includes their name and division with their design.
Our Kilometre Club started this week. Our students were introduced to this by watching a video, which you can see here —> Kilometre Club Video A special thank you to Mrs. Huang for her leadership in organizing this club and to Mr. Huang and our support staff for all their help in implementing it. Please remember to send your child with appropriate clothing and footwear, as they will be running rain or shine.
Next week we will have our Terry Fox Run on Thursday, September 26 at 1:30pm (starting in the Gym) and we will be collecting ‘Toonies for Terry’. Please send your child with a Toonie on Thursday, so that we can support this worthy cause.
Reminder that tomorrow is School Improvement Day and there will be no school for students.
